Hello and Welcome to my Class

In 2017, at the age of 59 years old, I learned something that changed my life and my future. I discovered that I had been given incorrect information all my life on what I should be eating for my mind and body to be healthy. I experienced such dramatic improvements in my health that I wanted to spread the word that you are not a failure but have been given wrong information. I am extremely unhappy about being given the "wrong answer" about the actual cause of all my health problems!

My passion is to share what I have learned so it does not happen to you.

You are not a failure unless you give up and stop trying. Never give up! You can improve your health.

It all began with these wedding pictures! When we got these pictures, my husband took one look and asked me "who are those old fat people?" That started our search to lose weight. What we discovered is that cutting out carbohydrates to lose weight works. We were shocked to discover it also reversed medical conditions that were supposed to be chronic progressive diseases that could not be cured. When we cut carbohydrates from our diet, we did not just lose weight, we regained our health! We discovered we had been given bad information for years and had suffered with bad health as a result. The medical conditions that were a difficult and an unpleasant part of our everyday life were improved and, over time, resolved by removing carbohydrates. A great deal of damage had been done to our bodies as a result of being given bad information.

I learned that the pain and suffering we had experienced was the result of this bad medical information. I got mad!

I began research into the science of a low carb diet to discover why cutting carbohydrates from our diet caused such dramatic improvements in our metabolic health. 

This is the story about the changes in our life by simply cutting carbohydrates.

I am passionate about sharing the improvements that I have had in my life simply by changing the foods I eat. Cutting carbohydrates has made a tremendous improvement in the quality of my life. And my husbands!
I want make others aware of the changes that are possible simply by cutting carbohydrates. 
There is nothing you have to buy - just cut the carbs.
